    In 2020, saucezhan will start a new fabric development plan and spend millions of dollars to develop new varieties of fabrics. This is part of our insistence on originality. One of the results of the denim series is the 'Shucai ancient hemp' denim series. This fabric is made of 87% cotton and 13% French linen. It is a high-strength twisted yarn that is far stronger than conventional selvedge denim yarn. Denim has a thickness of 19 ounces, but the yarn is not that thick, because this is the unique texture brought by the high-density material. The fabric will gradually fade during use, and it has a very small shrinkage during the first wash.

 

     The selvedge denim produced by the antique imported loom has sufficient hairiness on the surface of the fabric. In order to wear comfort, we have pre-shrunk the fabric to avoid too much shrinkage of the pants, and made a singeing process on the back of the denim to reduce the spikes of the flax fiber.

      EXL916-AG is an original denim jeans with excellent workmanship. It has richer details and uses better materials. Its version is different from 916XX, it has lengthened the front and rear rise size by about 2.5CM, in order to increase its comfort in the crotch. Hand-made 925 real silver buttons enhance the texture of the trousers. The silver buttons will gradually darken as you wear them, and the three-dimensional texture will become stronger.

 

 

 

      

    We chose to produce salt and pepper selvedge denim as pocket cloth, and the pocket cloth uses a retro loom. Due to the problem of cutting loss, the pocket fabric did not retain selvedge. In order to avoid shrinkage of the pocket cloth, the pocket cloth was specially washed and then sewn, adding a lot of processes.
